Global Partners Declares Third-Quarter 2018 Cash Distribution of $0.4750 on Common Units

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 2018-- Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4750 per unit ($1.90 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding common units for the period from July 1 to September 30, 2018. The distribution will be paid November 14, 2018 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 9, 2018.

Non-U.S. Withholding Information

This press release is intended to be a qualified notice under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b). Brokers and nominees should treat one hundred percent (100%) of GLP’s distributions to non-U.S. investors as being attributable to income that is effectively connected with a United States trade or business.
