Sean T. Geary is Chief Legal Officer of Global Partners. He previously served as Deputy General Counsel (2005-2021), Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions (2008-2022) and Acting General Counsel (2021-2022) of Global Partners. Prior to joining Global, he spent more than a decade as a transactional attorney at McDermott, Will & Emery and K&L Gates. Geary received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
